GE’s Power, Water Revenue Rises 2% From Year-Earlier Quarter

Jan. 18 (Bloomberg) — General Electric Co. reported fourth-quarter revenue from its power and water operations rose 2 percent to $7.65 billion from the year-earlier quarter.

The power and water results for the 12 months ending December were $28.3 billion, 10 percent higher than a year earlier, the Fairfield, Connecticut-based company said today in an earnings statement. Overall, GE’s total quarterly sales rose 4 percent to $39.3 billion.
