Allianz Buys 10 Turbines at Wind Farm in Northern Sweden

(Bloomberg) — Allianz SE, Europe’s largest insurer, agreed
to buy an additional 10 turbines at a wind farm in northern
Sweden from Ox2.

The turbines will have a capacity of 33 megawatts and are
expected to start working next year, Ox2 said in a statement on
its website. They are an extension of an existing wind farm
comprising 24 units that are currently being commissioned. Once
operational, the entire project will have a capacity of 105
megawatts, it said.

Google Inc. agreed to buy the entire electricity output of
the facility for 10 years to power a data center in Finland.
