Denham Teams Up With Thesis to Buy European Coal, Biomass Plants

(Bloomberg) — Denham Capital Management, a U.S. private-equity company, joined forces with Thesis Energy to buy natural-gas, coal and biomass-fired power stations in western Europe.

Their new venture, also called Thesis Energy, will acquire
and manage the plants, the companies said Wednesday in an e-mailed statement, without providing further details.
