Harvest Power Receives $20 Million for Waste-to-Energy Products

Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) — Harvest Power Inc., a closely held
producer of renewable energy and compost products made from
organic waste, received $20 million in the company’s latest
funding round.

True North Venture Partners LP, Industry Ventures LLC and
Generation Investment Management LLP led the round, Waltham,
Massachusetts-based Harvest Power said today in a statement.

Harvest Power, founded in 2008, said it will use the funds
to accelerate development of its anaerobic-digestion technology
and to expand bulk and consumer-facing businesses.
